Getting ready for Beltane

MM All,
I am starting to get ready for our Beltane Ritual. Because May 1st is during the week, we will wait until the weekend. We are going to have a Maypole with drumming and a potluck supper. Since this is for a group of Pagans/Wiccan's in my area, I was wondering if anyone had sugestions.
